Matcha Latte

1 tsp SÁ Organic Daily Matcha or Ceremonial Matcha
3 tsp brown sugar
 1 oz hot water
¾ cup unsweetened soy milk

 

  1. Mix matcha and brown sugar in a cup.
  2. Slowly add 1 oz hot water to the cup and whisk well until it dissolves.
  3. Steam milk around 175F. Whisk until frothed.
  4. Pour the frothed milk into the cup.
