|1 tsp||SÁ Organic Daily Matcha or Ceremonial Matcha|
|3 tsp||brown sugar|
|1 oz||hot water|
|¾ cup||unsweetened soy milk|
- Mix matcha and brown sugar in a cup.
- Slowly add 1 oz hot water to the cup and whisk well until it dissolves.
- Steam milk around 175F. Whisk until frothed.
- Pour the frothed milk into the cup.
