Green Tea Jelly

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 2 small scoops of matcha powder (2 grams)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet gelatin + 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1 tbsp Heavy cream
  • Your preferred fruits

Instructions

Step 1: Combine gelatin and cold water, set it aside.
Step 2: In a matcha tea bowl, add matcha powder and a little bit of hot water and mix with matcha whisk till there’s no lump.
Step 3: Add the rest of the hot water and whisk the matcha in a zigzag pattern.
Step 4: Add sugar and mix till they’re melted.
Step 5: Add gelatin mixture into 4.
Step 6: Fill a medium sized bowl with ice water. Set the matcha bowl in the ice water and mix matcha mixture till it starts to thicken.
Step 7: Cool the matcha mixture in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Step 8: Top with heavy cream and some fruits.
