Matcha Butter Board

Ingredients

• 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
  
• 2 tsp matcha
• ½ tbsp honey
• Pomegranate
• Fig jam
• Flaky salt
• Honey for drizzling

Instructions

Step 1: Whip room temperature butter in a small bowl

Step 2: Sift in Sugimoto matcha

Step 3: Add honey and whip till fully combined

Step 4: Spread matcha butter on a board

Step 5: Top with fig jam (or any jam of your choice), pomegranate seeds, honey, and some flaky salt
