Tea Leaves Fried Rice
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 cups of cooked rice (a day old rice is preferred)
- 2 tbsp used tea leaves
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 slices of bacon, sliced
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 2 stalks of green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp dashi powder
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
