Yuzu Green Tea Virgin Mojito

Ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon Sugimoto Tea Company Yuzu Matcha Kukicha
• 350 ml hot water
• 1 lime, quartered
• 10 mint leaves
• 1 teaspoon cane sugar
• Ice
• Yuzu flavored sparkling juice

Instructions

Step 1: In a teapot, add the tea leaves and steep with hot water for about 30 seconds. Remove the tea leaves and set it aside to cool completely.

Step 2: In a tall serving glass, muddle together the lime, mint leaves and sugar until the ingredients are well combined and the sugar has dissolved.

Step 3: Top with ice, cooled tea and top it off with the yuzu sparkling juice.

Step 4: Serve immediately and enjoy.
